100% reproducible. -Taunt and fear still work as previous and don't cancel it.

Charm canceling isn't the bug, Taunt/Fear not canceling it is.

Yes, any kind of interrupting cc (aka not just root/bind) should cancel it.

Anivia's ult is a special channel that isn't supposed to be interrupted by movement forcing cc since she is allowed to move while channeling ult. It was made to work this way and the exceptions (taunt, fear, charm) were listed and changed to specifically allow her to keep ult a long time ago, I'll look for the exact patch.

Edit: It worked this way since 2013 at least.

It should be canceled by any CC that would inturrupt a channel. A good way to think of it is as a channel that lets you do other things during it. As such a root should not stop it but stuns, knockups, fears, taunts, charms, and silences should.

CC that silences (Airborne effects, Stuns (suspends), Supresses, Taunts/Fears/Charms, and of course Silences) are supposed to cancel her ult.

Taunt/Fear not doing so is the bug.
