A weird skin bug.

Okay, so I got the Spectacular Sivir skin out of a chest way early on before I owned any champions. No big deal. But after a while, I bought Sivir just because I had the skin for her, but for some reason the skin still says champion not owned, and looking at the skins on the champion side shows the skin is locked. Is this a bug caused by getting the skin first? Is there a way to make the game refresh my inventory so that it recognizes that I own both the character and the skin?
