Can't create support ticket without email verification

Can't create support ticket without email verification.
Parts of my email verification are asterisked.

format"abc******@hot****.com

I have multiple emails with the same first three letters. I can prove the last 5 characters before the @. I think I could change the email but I would rather use the original email.
