Can't Select Ward in Champ Select [CLIENT]

Sometimes when I go into champ select, I can't change my ward skin because the grayed out.

Steps to reproduce bug: Step 1: Start Matchmaking queue, Step 2: Get into Champ select Step 3: Go to change ward skin but can't because its grayed out.

The bug shows up maybe 1 in every 4 matches I play.
