Can't remake a game

Hi,

So i was playing, when one of my teammate was dc from 00:00 to 03:19 (see screen capture) but i coulndt launch the remake at 03:09 (when i usually can), he dced few seconds after and we lost that 4v5. There was no first blood, no first tower, nothing so i dont understand why we couldn't remake. My idea is that he was already in loading screen and that canceled the remake but no idea ! Sorry the screen is in french but there is nothing that you cant understand in my opinion.

If a disconnected player keeps attempting to connect to the game, this will cause the team to be unable to /remake. So, it's possible (with the given information, I can't be sure) everything was functioning fine.
