Storm Razor bug on Twisted Fate

I had aram game with full AP picks so I decided to play AD TF, but after buying Storm Razor I saw that it cant crit. No matter what I do it just dont crit.

It may be something like the stormrazor being consumed by your pick a card auto even though pick a card can't crit. I'm 90% sure that's the reason.
