Did not receive capsule for level up

I have the same problem upon reaching level 38.

Update: I've received the capsule. I've sent a ticket to riot support (great people) and they helped me there. [slayer-pantheon-thumbs]

Now, the lingering question: is the bug gonna happen again if I level up? guess we'll see

me too. I've seen 6 of these posts and still no word of riot doing anything about it. sigh

Level 34 for me, even re-logged and still had nothing.

Went from level 33 to 34 and did not receive my capsule either!!! Anyone help?

Just hit 38 and nothing popped up. Hopefully Rito can fix this.

Did not receive one for 40, but got one at 41. Sent ticket, haven't heard back.

leveled up to 24 and didnt receive any capsule for it .....
