Luxs Snare
I think lux's snare is a bit buggy because if doesn't hit you but its close to you and you get snared its annoying already because why even consider it a skill shot if you miss and it still hits wheres the skill in that.

It has a thicker hit-box due to the fact she has no mobility, if anyone who does heavy damage close range, if she misses that q, she is pretty much dead.
