High Noon Lucian not out yet?

So I was playing a game of Normal draft on the Live server, and the enemy team had a Lucian using the High Noon skin. I went and checked after the game if it was in the store, but it was not. I checked using "Show owned", through my collection, using the recently released filter, and even going to the champion's skin page, but even then it was not purchasable. I've updated my client today, and have logged in and out 5 times, even a few minutes ago. How did this guy have it when it's not even released yet??

Looks like an accidental early release which was reverted. Players who purchased the skin will keep them but everybody else would need to wait until ~11 AM PDT / 12 PM MDT / 1 PM CDT / 2 PM EDT to purchase them.

Im waiting for the skin to buy it too , updated and login in every 30 minutes to find out that some players are playing with it while i'm just stuck and can't buy it .. riot just doesn't want my money lol Lucian
