[Gameplay] LeaverBuster Bug

I was playing a game and needed to leave, so left the game open on my laptop. Came back expecting LeaverBuster. I exited out (the game was still trying to reconnect), and to my surprise, I didn't receive LeaverBuster. I have not experimented with this multiple times.

1. Load into a game.
2. Stay for a while.
3. Leave, but keep laptop, client, and game open.
4. Come back after an hour? (time that passed when it happened to me).
5. Don't receive leaverbuster.
