champ select freezes and then it brings me back to queue as if i dodged

So this just finish happening to me 3 times today. Each time was the same, the enemy team was picking a ban and all i see is the champ selected until the time runs out, i stays like that for a while (im guessing until it is my turn to do something) and then I just get kicked out. The first time I ended up having to wait 5 mins to go back in queue and then both other times were one after another in my promos. It gave me the loss and a 30 min ban, 30 mins later i go back on to try again and it happens again giving my second 30 min ban and another loss to my promos, basically making me lose my promos completely. I just want to know if this has happened to anyone else and if there is a solution to the problem.
