Can't buy poppy? (Store bug)

So today I tried to buy poppy cause her new update looks awesome, but the issue is I can't actually get her, I tried twice and now the purchases are just staked on my account and I still cannot play as her.

What do? I know 450 IP isn't a huge amount but imagine if this was 6300 champ, I'd flip out. Just a warning this bug might be effecting other champions not just

Notes: Yes I relogged, no I still cannot play as her and I still lost the IP

UPDATE: Okay I can now play as poppy after relogging, I had to wait a moment, BUT I still lost 900 IP as I still bought her twice, it still shows that I bought her twice on my purchases.
