serious bug

This bug is really stopping me from playing the game at it's fullest potential, it doesn't let me see any text except for chat, and some item images like phantom dancer are missing, not sure what caused it but I hope someone can help me soon edit: btw I have tried everything ranging from, the client initiate full repair, to running in administrator, to uninstalling and reinstalling
