Runes Not Setting Properly

I'm not sure if i'm the only one having this problem, but I'm sick and tired of it that its driving me to the point of leaving the game till they can resolve the issue. I have tried everything from top to bottom with many many many riot support people, but even they can't seem to fix it or come to a solution.

Champ Select comes up! Me: Alright lets do this, what to choose -Chooses from runes and decides to change them- -Waits for it to save, never saves- -Attempting to Reconnect- Me: Uhh.... Excuse me? -Doesn't save runes- -Has Press the Attack on Blitz- Me: Oh.... Neat.... -Proceeds to lose Ranked match-

Can't take this anymore, I have gotten zero results on how to fix this issue and trying to look else either other than Riot itself. Please does anyone have this issue before and if so. How did you even fix the issue or what started it in the first place? I need answers......
