Xerath Q and Ult Bug

has 2 ability bugs, his Q and his Ultimate. When I start casting his Q (0.5-1 sec) it will end for no reason (sometimes). When I hit R to Ult and then immediately hit R again to fire, the first shot (no matter where my cursor is) his shot will land directly on himself. This started about 1 week ago.

Exact same thing has been happening to me as well. His ult and q are both very wonky.
