Does Riot read these bug reports? (10+patches, still unfixed!)-KARTHUS death defied !!

Riot, it's been TEN patches now (or more): Why hasn't Karthus' passive been fixed so that deaths from stuns, silences and knockups don't stop his death defied ability to use Q's after he's dead? (sometimes for 2-3 seconds, rarely, the full 7 seconds!)

This was a NEW bug triggered by the Visual update (it never existed pre-VU) and has NOT been fixed TO THIS DAY. Probably the MOST reported bug since 4.8 ...

The original bug was a yorick present preventing Karthus from even going into his passive (probably due to similar code shared; remember the bugfix for yorick and karthus for last whisper, deathcap and void staff not applying after death? which existed since season 2/3?) That was fixed, but the OTHER big Post VU bug--stun/cancel lock of Q (and sometimes even ult) after dying from hard CC has STILL not been fully fixed!
