[Client] Unable to select champ in Ranked Lobby

I was 3rd position in the lobby, and the ban phase went smoothly. the champ select turns rotated down to me, but when it got to myself, I was unable to click any champions. They didn't specify that they were unavailable or anything such as being grayed out as usual.

I had the full roster of champions available, I just wasn't able to select any. And I double checked that my picks weren't banned. In a moment of panic, I started clicking all over different champion portraits but to no avail. I was kicked out of the lobby with no warnings or such. I then went to check my LP and it turns out that kick triggered a loss for my 3rd promo game and I dropped down to 77 LP.

I am unable to recreate this issue in any custom lobbies, whether it be blind pick, draft, with bots, or on either map.

The only other processes I had running at the time were an instance of skype and Mozilla Firefox. I run on Windows 10 and haven't had this problem before.

*Edit: I forgot to mention that the chat room in the lobby said " You did not lock in your pick or ban. Your group was removed from matchmaking.
