[Gameplay] Zyra's Plant's Don't Attack. See link for confirmation by multiple users

Zyra's plant's just don't seem to attack anymore. There are issues where a plant will literally stop attacking the enemy/minions.

One example: If it is attacking an enemy and the enemy moves out of range. The plant just freezes and doesn't attack minions nor attack the champion if it comes back into range.
