Event bug with transfers

Riot, I'd like to inform that there's a bug that occurs with the client. I have another account called seikyuhaste that used to be in na, recently trasnfered to latin america north as I have way better ping there. As of right now my account supposedly does not exist, as it can't be found in lolking nor can I get it to sign in anywhere on the boards (na mor lan). That's not why I'm here though. The problem is that I managed to complete up to the second arc of the story, having graves icon for it and tf icon for the first one.

I got some money and decided to switch servers as I had planned it for some time now...but now I'm locked out of the event. I still have my two summoner icons, but the inclient tracker says I have to start over from the first arc...tue problem lies in that I get 0 progress no matter how many times I complete the requirements, which I assume is because I do have it completed and the client doesnt want me to have it again earning double summoner icons. Due to this, I'm locked from earning the third icon although I have the previous two. If visual evidence is needed I'm more than happy to provide it, it's just that I'm posting this on my phone and not home. But ppease, Riot, help me with this.
