Issue?

So I don't know what the deal is with right now, but I can play my anything on League. Rank says that it can't retrieve my account information. I tried to play AURF, and I've clicked Accept many times, but it never loaded me inside the Champion Select. And now I have a Dodge Que, I don't know why if it never loaded me in. Can you please lift the Dodge Que? I feel it to be unfair since I didn't purposely leave. It just never loaded into the champion select and just stayed in the Match Que
