I Like Teemo1 voteswell the punishment cant be taken off your account (i can guarantee that)... but i would suggest talking to support and making a ticket to see if there is anything they can do about the technical issue, maybe there is something with your isp/comp/client that they might be able to help you with..
in the mean time ide lay off pvp q'es until you figure it out
