[GAMEPLAY] Ability goes on Cooldown appears to be off cooldown

Play Aurelion Sol, cast ultimate just as you're about to die. The animation should go off but you'll die before you complete the ability and will not do damage.

Your ability will appear off cooldown but if you ping it it will show that is actually on cooldown.
