PVP and CO-OP Not Working

I have red triangles and a black exclamation mark next to all the different modes in of any map in PvP or Co-op. I heard it is because I was banned but I did not receive an email about the ban. I restarted my client and computer nothing worked. I even reinstalled league of legends yet nothing improved. Someone please help I require some assistance. Save me. (Not sure if this classifies as a bug)
