Unabvle to connect

After a reinstall, the game promts to download a required update, but it is unable to connect, I am just stuck at the window saying:

TRYING TO RECONNECT... We're attempting to automatically reconnect you to Legaue of Legends. If your internet connection is otherwise ok, check our support page for possible solutions.
