Why im not promoted?
I just won 2 promotion games and it did not promote me to bronze 2. Please help. It doesn't says in Leagues that I won 2 games, it says I lost 1 only and it did not change. Ps. It not loss prevented.

Maybe you're not making enough forum posts about it?
Or maybe you should submit a support ticket through the support.riotgames.com or whatever it is. I am sure you can use any search engine to find the ticket help.
That sounds a lot more useful.
