Skills stop functioning mid game i.e unresponsive Q,R, and B

Just played a match as Kat, about half way through i noticed I couldn't use the B key to recall to base. Upon further inspection realized the entire function was basically locked. Trying to click it had no effect. Later in the game the same thing was happening with my Q and R. Spam the hotkey, no response. Click the skill manually, no response. Change the hotkey, no response. So at that point i was down to just my W,E, D, and F as available skills with no ability to recall back to base. Sadly I didnt record the match so I cant exactly provide concrete proof, but, I wouldnt waste my time posting this if I didnt feel this was a legitimate issue.

**Note **I was using Quick Cast with range markers if that matters( wasnt having any issues earlier with the same settings).
