Can't get keys

You get key fragments occasionally but only from winning games.

Grades are for getting Boxes on champions, if you haven't received one on that champion yet.

every week on Reset (patch day) the drop rate is reset and you will get lots, prior to this the more keys you earn the less you find for that week, so you may find 6 quickly then another 2 then 3 then 1 then not much more, for example.

nothings broken its there designed system so people don't get everything for free in seconds.

the grade you get doesnt change the chance of getting keys. you can get up to 12 keys each month. and the reset of the drop chances is from when you get your first key. only thing that makes drop chances higher are playing with more premades and winning the game, losses will get you no keys.

Edit: The drop chance decreases after each key drop.
