[CLIENT] Twisted Treeline ranked 3v3 pick ban phase screen was missing champs, buttons and more

I went into the pick and ban screen as was presented with nothing I could interact with, unfortunately that meant I had to dodge and was rewarded with a 5 minute penalty as a result.

I seemed to be able to click some things and hear champion voices, but nothing else. I have a screenshot linked.
