Not able to view owned legacy skins

Not sure if anyone else is having this problem, but I was trying to go through and show my brother what skins I have and the legacy skins weren't showing up. I checked on multiple champs. Not even Riot Kayle showed up, and I know we all have that! Anyway, not a big deal, but kinda weird.
