Champion not responding bug

Hello everyone ! Today i want to share with you a bug that I am having since over 1 year. In random days, time and games, sometimes my champion will stop moving and attacking ( i have a noemal ping and normal FPS ) i cant write in chat and if i get aggro my champion will follow the champion or minion that i did aggro but i will be helpless and cant i control anything. Seconds later i get disconnected. Now i contacted the support who told me to put a public DNS on my computer which i did but i still have a problem. I did also find something that may help, if i delete my config file before each game i dont have this bug, well atleast for now. I wanted to know if someone had this and could help me. I keep losing games because of this and i would really like a fix, thanks for reading.
