League Wont Update

I'm getting forced into the update screen and I have less than a single MB to do it, but the update just starts extremely slow and then fizzles out, as in it starts at 5 kb per second then slowly reduces to 0 kb per second, where it will sit for hours if I let it. After about 10 minutes, it will give me an error message about how the update failed and such.

How do I fix?
