error 183 in champ select

Almost every time i'm in champ select i get an error 183 that reopen my launcher . now most of the time i'm the first or second pick so i don't make it on time , after i don't make it on time its usually takes me to the lobby of the find match. 99% of the time i'm getting dodge que for error that you gave me! i can't play this game like that when every once in three games i'm getting dodge que . now ,please fix it so i won't have to wait 5-30min before i'm doing a game because its really really tilting thanks.
