[GAMEPLAY] Sion champion problems on ARAM, locked skills

In my game many issues occurred when I played Sion.

Normal Aram game, logs attached. First I noticed sion emotes have no sound, no laugh no comments nothing, only simple animation. Later in a middle of the game when I died and my passive was activated I couldn't use any of my skills cause automatically they where on 89 sec cool downs. In the end of the game plenty of other issue occured. My Q was locked, it was active on my skill bar but when I pressed it nothing happened, same with E later. My keypad was working fine cause I could type those letter on chat or any other program I opened. If you have any more concerns I will be glad to help.
