Cant even download the game -_-

Went to play league and my patcher got stuck at 99 for two hours. Reinstalled and then the patcher gets stuck at 36%, I restart league of legends and then it doesnt open again untill I reinstall LoL, which then it just repeats, getting stuck at 36% and then not opening again if it try to reopen the patch

Have you tried running the client repair? And if that doesn't work you may have to uninstall it all the way off of your computer and reinstall.
