[In-Game] Tier 3 Lifesteal runes(q) do not work

[In-Game] Tier 3 Lifesteal runes(q) do not work In game LS dont show in UI(it stand 0). And like practice tool show - they do not work at all Found it hard way in game as kled(then tested it in practice tool as yi, kassadin, tristana)

Forget about that - It was a bug in new client. Runes appear to be changed in client. But when i started legacy client i saw runes didnt changed

Same bug with language filter - i think i use legacy for now
