Is Ashes W supposed to last this long

Ive been in the game for 5 min now, since i screenshotted and the eyes are still above me? is Ashes W supposed to last 5min and counting? Picture clearly only shows one shot cos i lost the 1st, but basically i got hawk shotted at 30secs then it stayed on top of me till the end of the game. The enemy team wouldnt answer if they could see me or not, but I'd look into it.
