Lucian not working with mastery.

Warlord's Bloodlust, the mastery that gives you health when you land a critical strike isnt working. I played Lucian and for the entire game the passive would not activate, no health or extra attack speed. I had 80 percent critical strike and would constantly crit but the passive wont activate. Please look into it.

Since 5.23 this mastery is intended to work only when you are hitting enemy champions, it no longer affects minions or monsters. Please consult your patch notes ;)
