Lucian not working with mastery.

Warlord's Bloodlust, the mastery that gives you health when you land a critical strike isnt working. I played Lucian and for the entire game the passive would not activate, no health or extra attack speed. I had 80 percent critical strike and would constantly crit but the passive wont activate. Please look into it.
