Looking at this they've somehow broken a massive amount of conal abilities with the patch. It's pretty amazing that they can break so many champions while not actually touching any of them!
was thinking that exact same thought lol, didn't think they touched Vi or some of the other bugged champs. Most of been a coding glitch during the transfer process.
