Bug?

I was starting a ranked game, and the sound of log in kept playing and did not let me get in to the game. I tried to log back in but then the game was remade and I lost 20 points. I feel really unfair and I want to get those 20 points on my ranked stats. It effected my mood and my desire of playing the game.
