Hi,
Hope im on the write section to write this to riot. So on Mar 29 or 30th I rerolled 3 skins shards hoping to get a new permanent skin shard. Instead I received 100 essences (the orange, I cant recall its name). My understanding was I would get a random permanent skin since I rerolled 3 skin shards for it. Please look into this riot. Anyone else having this issue?

Are you sure you didn't just click through the alert too quickly?

Bryan is McLovin1 votesI actually rerolled 3 skin shards and had only gotten 100 Orange essence and the same exact skin I put in to reroll. One of the skins was statue of karthus. I wanted to retool that skin along with two others to get a random skin permanent but ended up with statue of karthus and 100 orange essence... I couldve disenchanted those other two skins for about 500 Orange essence but now it's like I never even got those skin shards since I have the same exact skin as before... Is this a bug?

You previously had three skin shards for which you would have to pay orange essence to unlock.
You know have a skin permanent which will be automatically unlocked provided you:
Bryan is McLovin1 votesBut I could've disenchanted those other skins for about 600 orange essence total instead of retooling and only getting 100 orange essence. I got the same exact skin shard as I did before I retooled 3 of them. (Statue of karthus) I could've gotten so much more but riot instead gave me the same Perma skin instead of rerolling it...
