Hextech Crafting-Rerolling 3 skin shards error (Please help Riot)

Hi,

Hope im on the write section to write this to riot. So on Mar 29 or 30th I rerolled 3 skins shards hoping to get a new permanent skin shard. Instead I received 100 essences (the orange, I cant recall its name). My understanding was I would get a random permanent skin since I rerolled 3 skin shards for it. Please look into this riot. Anyone else having this issue?
