Fcking Ranked?

I played 4 games today. Why this system give my fcking teammate nobody win more than 30. And opponents more than 3 players, win games more than 60.
In other word, jungle no gank. other line both lost. And they fcking feed. If you want have a fair game, plz change you fcking system.
