URF Corki and his Gatling Gun

So i was playing a game with the URF Corki skin and i noticed that when i was using his Gatling Gun (E) and auto-attacking, his gatling gun damage area would shift to the right whenever he would crit because URF would attack when corki crits. Wondering if anyone else can confirm this as a bug.
