patch 6.5 client crashes

i have windows 8.1 and ever since i updated to patch 6.5 the client doesnt work. i mean after logging in the client simply closes. there are no error messages, no nothing, the client simply closes.

Also a Windows 8.1 user. League client causes my computer to completely freeze. It happened once when I joined Dynamic Queue, and I think once right when I logged in.

I played some customs earlier today, and nothing was wrong. It crashed twice on me now, and I'm afraid to try again.

I am having the same issue. I patched 6.5 launcher worked fine. I type in my info press login and it appears to logon, then immediately exits without any error box or notification.

Really would appreciate a solution as I am completely unable to play league now.

Edit: I have windows 7 if that contributes any information to solving the issue, and I have never had this bug before (in any client version)

I'm a mac user and after updating the 6.5 patch this morning my game isn't working. It's allowing me to choose characters but when the battle begins the screen goes black and game crashes :( u have to install the dll file
