All the info from the screen - gone.

So i was playing a ranked game( , top) and everything looked alright till i left the fountain and the whole HUD was just gone: no mini map, no scoreboard, no time, no abilities, only the chat and it was in the middle of the screen. Then i got disconnected and reconnected again and it all came back(min 24 or something). I couldn't see any ganks coming up, either mine or theirs and couldn't see the situation on the other lanes.

That is not a bug but a feauture of the new HUD go into your settings and under display should have a "Hide/Show HUD" Which you have to a hotkey which you should probably unbind :)

I did that and the only change was that the chat got a new spot, form middle of the screen to the place it was before.
