client lag can't lock in

just a client bug that make me not intetionaly dodge a game . i was unable to lock in my champ so i have been kick from the game just was seeing my teamate at 0 secont while it was my turn to pick ( my friend told me this his why know it was my turn) and i just wrote in the chat( cause yes i was able to write in the chat and thata all) :cant lock in my champion. i have try to minimize my client but it does nothing thats actualy the first time it happent to me and now im writing this post while waiting for the free 15min punishment. tanks you RIOT .
