Whenever I use Teemo it wont let me use his panda skin, I have tried in the skin select switching from panda to default then back as well as to another skin then back and it says it's selected but when the game loads I have the default skin on... It has happened 5 times in a row now that I selected Panda Teemo and it gave me regular Teemo.

This happens to me with every skin when I use team builder and other players I have spoken to say the same.

To work around it you have to change from skin, to default, to skin when you're in the lobby waiting for other players to join/ready up.

Panda Teemo is currently disabled due to a bug.
