Self Cast vs. Cursor Priority Bug

Currently if you have a keybind to self cast a spell (example: I use control + q,w,e,r), and use it at the same time as your cursor is hovering over an ally, the spell will be cast on the ally rather than on yourself. In other words, if I am holding down control while my cursor is over an ally and I cast a spell, the spell will be cast on them rather than me. This is likely not intended and I was wondering if other people have similar results using a self cast keybind.
