[CLIENT] LocalRootFolder is wrong

My current path looks like this C:\Riot Games\League of Legends\League of Legends\RADS

It doesn't look quite right, I moved all the files to the parent directory "League of legends" and changed my desktop target location to the new dir.

I'v been able to start up the client without any issues, so hopefully everything will be alright. Not sure what went wrong here.

I realised this problem because I wanted to play a lolking replay and it checks the LocalRootFolder regex key which was different from my own path and it couldn't find the client to startup.
