League Client bug

Ok so, This seems to happen whenever I open my client and I was wondering if anyone else is having this problem and if someone knows how to fix this that'd be great, I really wanna try and fix this as soon as possible cause I wanna get back to playing URF(Update) I've reinstalled league after i was told by a friend and this is happening now, Please help https://gyazo.com/0ac3f8c30b540e648b83806e5778763e

This is a pain in the ass I've been playing fine all week long with no issue, then I get this bug after a practice tool game. I'm even on a new disk and running into this issue. So far, I've changed the iPv4 settings and have logged in and redownloading. I'm hoping it doesn't fuck me again after downloading for the third time today!

Ok, redownloaded and logged in. Clicked play and I get this bug, again. fml
