[GAMEPLAY] Fiora's Ult on Kog'Maw not healing

I was playing a botgame as Fiora today where I ulted Kog'Maw, who died after one dash of me (he was already pretty low). I was counting on the heal because it was a 2v5, but the heal didn't appear, neither after Koggi's death, nor after he finally exploded. In addition to that, he also had the already often reported visual bug where he constantly looked "ulted" after he respawned.

I can live with the visual bug for now, but the missing heal should get fixed quickly, it could heavily affect some teamfights.
